What You'll Be Doing

• Define and drive protection strategy for a harm area or launch.
• Directly build and maintain harm detection.
• Lead cross-functional execution.
• Investigate emerging harms and abuse patterns.
• Evaluate and improve the complete system of defence.
• Protect product and model launches.
• Scale effective approaches with language models and tools.

• Additional Machine Learning or Software Engineering experience.
