Requirements

• Experience building LLM tooling
• Professional experience in Rust, Go, or a comparable systems language
• Deep program analysis and static analysis background
• Application security experience
• Capacity to communicate about technical problems
• Track record of taking ownership and shipping projects

What you'll be doing

• Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for the team's initiatives
• Bring systems to team ownership through documentation, tests, and review
• Set technical direction for AI-assisted tooling
• Own the architecture of the program model and pipeline
• Solve technical problems and seek out impediments
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations

Nice to have

• Familiarity with popular web or mobile frameworks
• Experience designing guardrails for agent-written code
• Engagement with the research community
