Software Engineer - Talent Tooling

Requirements

• Strong technical background consisting of 3+ years of experience in full stack development
• Proficiency in server-side development utilizing C# .NET or Python
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL or SQL Server)
• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
• A proactive approach to problem solving and an entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to clearly explain your thoughts through written and verbal communication, ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Haves

• Experience in UI/UX design
• Experience with server hosting on cloud providers (e.g. AWS)

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and maintain our assessment tooling platform and features supporting recruitment
• Collaborate with recruitment teams on a global scale to ensure that the platform is scalable, reliable, and user-friendly
• Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify and participate in code reviews to ensure that code meets quality standards
• Utilize frontend technologies (React/Angular) to enhance user interfaces and experiences
