• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark, Structured Streaming, Databricks, and in-house tools
• Optimize and productionize research workflows for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with power users to develop reusable patterns and templates
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning and DataOps excellence
