• An experienced engineering leader who has built and grown strong software engineering teams
• Experienced leading complex transformation programs end to end
• Credible with senior business leaders
• Strong in enterprise architecture
• Deeply knowledgeable about AI, automation, data, and process transformation
• Technically credible and comfortable staying close to production systems
• Product-minded and commercially grounded
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable building something new

Nice to Have

• Background in a technology company, SaaS business, or large global enterprise
• Prior ownership of a corporate, enterprise, or business engineering function
• Hands-on exposure to platforms like Workday, NetSuite, Databricks, and Workato
