Requirements

Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under real load
Hands-on CI/CD background — GitLab CI specifically is a plus
GitOps in practice, ideally with ArgoCD
Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust — enough to build and maintain the tooling around your infrastructure, not just configure it
Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices — supply chain security experience is a genuine advantage here
The communication skills to work effectively across teams and document your work clearly

Salary Range: Base Annual Gross - 51,000€ to 76,000€ - Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
