What You'll Be Doing

Design and architect scalable backend services and platform components to enhance orchestration and resiliency across the Everpure Platform.
Develop and maintain distributed systems capable of operating flawlessly under high concurrency, scale, and failure scenarios to maximize customer reliability.
Create clean, stable APIs and evolve service interfaces that provide a seamless developer experience and ensure long-term system maintainability.
Partner with engineering and product teams across global offices to drive infrastructure projects from initial design through production support and quality improvement.

Requirements

Proven expertise in software engineering fundamentals, specifically designing, building, and deploying backend or system-level components in production environments.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or another object-oriented programming language, with a strong willingness to master Go for primary development.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and scalable service design to independently evaluate and resolve infrastructure challenges.
Strong debugging, API design, and problem-solving skills paired with clear communication abilities for effective collaboration across international teams.
Ability to work primarily from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, except during PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
