Requirements

Proficiency in software engineering using Python, with experience in building developer tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience operating distributed systems on Linux and Kubernetes using infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting skills across full-stack components, including networking, HTTP, containers, and storage.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on documentation and cross-team collaboration.

What you'll be doing

Designing, building, and maintaining Python-based automation, developer CLI tools, self-healing systems, and custom services to simplify deployment, monitoring, and platform operations.
Building and operating a consistent pipeline for metrics, logs, and alerts across data centres and public cloud to improve detection speed and alert quality.
Participating in the on-call rotation, responding to and coordinating incidents, running blameless postmortems, and creating durable fixes and automation.
Operating shared platform services including messaging, caching, databases, and continuous-integration services to maintain high availability through redundancy, capacity planning, upgrades, and tested recovery procedures.
Building tooling that removes repetitive work and contributing to AI applications for incident triage and remediation.
Participating in design and production-readiness reviews, capacity planning, launch support, and helping product teams adopt reliability best practices.
Working primarily from the Prague office in compliance with company policies.
