Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Highly technical with the ability to solve almost any problem but prefers to guide the team
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate in a fully-remote environment and engage with technical and non-technical audiences

What You'll Be Doing

• Create a world class catalogs system that scales to support billions of products
• Work closely with product managers and designers to craft compelling user experiences
• Collaborate with teams from Ad Formats to Ad Delivery for successful end-to-end delivery of product ads
• Establish and manage to SLAs within your team
• Be a strong mentor and cross-functional advocate for your team
• Contribute meaningfully to team strategy and actively participate in planning for the future
