Participate in design and code reviews, championing best practices in performance, maintainability, and testability.
Contribute to AI-enabled product design and enhancements, improving reliability, observability, and production readiness.
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for scalability and responsiveness.
Mentor colleagues on software craftsmanship, responsible AI integration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience leveraging AI to enhance workflows, decision-making, or product functionality, including AI API integration and process automation.
Strong JavaScript skills; foundations in Java or Python also valued.
4+ years of enterprise-level software engineering experience.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, with a commitment to engineering excellence and reliability.
Analytical mindset capable of designing impactful AI solutions for complex problems.
Experience with development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
