Senior Engineering Manager - Information Technology

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Experience leading Engineering Managers across multiple teams
• Experience with enterprise technology such as identity and access, SaaS platforms, endpoint management, workplace technology, architecture, or related systems
• Strong track record of improving engineering practices across multiple teams
• Experience developing Engineering Managers into stronger leaders

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop Engineering Managers across multiple teams
• Set and communicate engineering strategy across the studio
• Identify patterns and opportunities across teams and drive improvements in engineering practice
• Establish and evolve engineering best practices
• Champion reliability, security, compliance, and privacy
• Shape how AI is used across the company
• Partner with studio and alliance leadership to make technical investments
