Integration Engineer, Metronome

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products
• Experience leading complex implementations for enterprise technology companies
• Experience working in fast-moving environments that value initiative and ownership
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Interest in building and improving go-to-market playbooks, processes, and reusable assets
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, depending on customer needs

Nice to haves

• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, including experience with platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ systems, and the Stripe ecosystem
• Experience in technical roles like software engineer or product manager
• Strong understanding of project and program management fundamentals
• Experience working with stakeholders in various departments like finance, engineering, product, sales operations, or billing operations
• Experience with logs, metrics, billing, finance, infrastructure, or financial tooling and concepts

What you'll be doing

• Conduct discovery and scoping to understand customers' challenges
• Support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Provide expert guidance on pricing and business models
• Configure Metronome's platform for customers
• Design integrations between Metronome's APIs and customers' systems
• Serve as a liaison between customers and R&D teams
• Build relationships across customer organizations
• Advise customers on system integration and pricing strategies
• Ensure effective handoff to Customer Success and Technical Support
