Requirements

2 - 7 years of industry software engineering experience (excluding internships or co-ops)
Ability to work effectively across the stack, navigating codebases with different languages and tools
Comfortable shipping user-facing experiences and writing custom queries for experiment analysis
Strong coding skills in any programming language (language-agnostic hiring process)
Strong collaboration skills to work across workstreams and contribute to team success
Capability to thrive with high autonomy and responsibility, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in working as a generalist across different technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight users

Owning a significant risk-decisioning problem from investigation through implementation and iteration
Building the Supportability Decision Layer service and API for automated and human decision requests
Developing infrastructure to synthesize policy, business identity, product context, risk appetite, and signals into explainable decisions
Improving transaction-laundering policies, evidence quality, risk tiering, and signal usage
Designing durable decision state and history with traceability and validity policies
Creating governed, reusable configuration and integration patterns to adapt decision capabilities across various contexts
Building reliable backend workflows on shared Supportability and Risk Platform infrastructure
