What you'll be doing

• Work with a team of smart, motivated engineers who put their users first.
• Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders on success metrics, MCP tooling, and implementation details.
• Leverage the latest AI tooling to refine and optimize users’ workflows and your own.
• Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
• Uphold high standards for engineering and product quality and mentor newer team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years building rich web experiences with modern frameworks like React or Vue.
• Ability to work across the full stack, from user experience to workflow automation and reliability.
• Enjoy collaborating directly with users and cross-functional partners to develop creative solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and make difficult tradeoffs.
• Ability to work both collaboratively toward common goals and autonomously drive your work forward.

Nice to haves

• Passion for enabling people to do their best work.
• Interest in partnering with creative, non-technical teams such as communications and publishing.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered experiences and understanding of underlying technologies.
• Industry experience with Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
