Lead Staff Software Engineer

Requirements

• You have a sustained track record of leading engineers with a wide range of experience
• You are a driver and can provide leadership in a fast-paced environment
• You understand engineering fundamentals and are able to evaluate and adapt solutions
• Experience with platforms and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, AWS, Azure, .NET Core, SQL Server, authentication, authorization, and microservices architecture
• Commercial development skills in OO programming (C#, Java, or C++)
• Cloud-based platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Aliyun)

Nice to Haves

• Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology and practices
• Experience in designing web-based, service-oriented applications and integrated back-office systems

What You'll Be Doing

• Active reviewer of design and code reviews
• Deliver technical and hands-on contributions towards team objectives
• Understand strategic business priorities and communicate with the team
• Collaborate with the product management team to develop roadmaps and plans
• Develop execution plans, analyze and optimize team efficiency, establish and deliver on team commitments
