Requirements

• 5+ years of backend/full-stack experience delivering impactful products
• Ability to read and integrate with frontend applications and work across the stack when needed
• Excitement about AI-assisted development and LLM-based agents (e.g., Claude Code) with interest in pioneering new workflows
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, agile delivery, and incremental software shipping
• Passion for making users happy and seeing products used in the wild
• Strong software development fundamentals including code quality, unit tests, and clean code
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with engineers, product, and business stakeholders
• Curiosity and growth mindset; open to feedback, embracing change, and striving for broader ownership

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain high-performing, flexible, scalable solutions to help restaurants operate effectively
• Ship features end-to-end from design through rollout, monitor success, and iterate based on real-world use
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance development workflow, improve velocity, and pioneer new building approaches
• Mentor less experienced engineers through design reviews, constructive feedback, and agent-assisted engineering practices
• Be a collaborative teammate committed to collective success
