Experience: Minimum of 5 years of systems administration, network infrastructure engineering, or related experience.

Hardware Lifecycle: Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware failures, performance bottlenecks, and component issues.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team that supports mission-critical production systems and back-office core infrastructure functions.
Performance Management: Experience with hardware/network monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, SNMP) and performance tuning.
