Senior Software Engineer I - Fincrime Requests

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with Java, Spring framework, asynchronous message queues, and microservices architecture
• Build scalable case management platforms
• Implement data enrichment systems
• Create flexible templating systems for generating responses

What You'll Be Doing

• Improve automation systems using LLMs to process incoming emails from law enforcement and partner banks
• Build unified request handling platform for RFI and LE case management workflows
• Develop partner access capabilities for efficient customer information access
• Enhance escalation systems to identify genuine criminal activity and reduce false positives
• Implement automated response generation using LLMs and templating systems
• Optimize suspended transaction handling while maintaining compliance

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior engineers in financial crime investigation and stakeholder management
• Collaborate across FinCrime teams for effective intelligence sharing
• Lead technical architecture discussions on sensitive communications systems
• Drive automation improvements for high-impact optimization
• Work with external stakeholders to enhance technical processes
