Senior Software Engineer - Generative AI Platform

Requirements

• Great communication skills and the ability to build consensus

• At least 8 years of engineering background in Python with experience in production
• High coding standards and understanding of test coverage best practices
• Experience deploying microservices to cloud-based systems
• Experience designing and implementing distributed and concurrent systems
• Knowledge and experience with LLMs and building LLM based applications
• Experience with agentic frameworks and designing agentic-based workflows
• Experience working collaboratively with product teams
• Stay updated on the latest AI industry trends

Nice to Haves

• Solid engineering background in Typescript/Javascript
• Passionate about technology and product user experience
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, AWS, or other cloud ecosystems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and running containerized workloads
• Knowledge of Semantic Search and RAG based workflows
• Knowledge or experience with MCP servers
• Interest in payment platforms, foreign exchange, and complex systems architecture
