Digital Workplace Engineer

Job Requirements

• Expert-level administration of enterprise Google Workspace and Slack
• Strong experience managing secondary corporate SaaS and collaboration tooling at scale
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python or JavaScript/Apps Script)
• Deep proficiency with GAM
• Solid understanding of security best practices for digital workspace environments
• Strong communication skills with an ownership mindset
• 3+ years of relevant SaaS Engineering, Digital Workspace, or Systems Engineering experience

Nice to Haves

• DevOps & Infrastructure as Code experience
• Low/No-Code Platforms familiarity
• Compliance & Audits experience
• Certifications in relevant industry credentials

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the technical roadmap and deliverables for core digital workspace suite
• Build custom automations and integrations between SaaS stack and internal systems
• Lead incident resolution and post-mortem processes
• Mentor, coach, and assist other engineers
• Design and scale systems with a long-term approach
