Regional Information Security Officer - EU

Requirements

• Significant Information Security or Technology Risk Management experience
• Demonstrable understanding of the European Financial Services regulatory landscape and requirements. Prior experience of working with regulators is an advantage
• Relevant Information Security Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
• Experience of building enduring relationships in a complex international organisation
• Effective communicator, able to communicate technical issues into business language
• Ability to get results through collaboration and partnership with diverse teams

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with regional risk, compliance and engineering teams to provide a tailored view of risk to our European legal entities
• Leading security responses for regional license applications, annual certifications, and ad-hoc audits
• Supporting Group Security Risk assessment process and preparing risk updates for the Europe entity committees and board
• Evaluating Wise Group Security controls against regional requirements and obligations
• Supporting our global security security certification process (e.g. ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC1 & 2)
• Assisting with other Information Security and Technology risk related activities as needs arise
