Requirements

Significant Information Security or Technology Risk Management experience
Demonstrable understanding of the European Financial Services regulatory landscape and requirements. Prior experience of working with regulators is an advantage
Relevant Information Security Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
Experience of building enduring relationships in a complex international organisation
Effective communicator, able to communicate technical issues into business language
Ability to get results through collaboration and partnership with diverse teams

What you'll be doing

Working closely with regional risk, compliance and engineering teams to provide a tailored view of risk to our European legal entities
Leading security responses for regional license applications, annual certifications, and ad-hoc audits
Supporting Group Security Risk assessment process and preparing risk updates for the Europe entity committees and board
Evaluating Wise Group Security controls against regional requirements and obligations
Supporting our global security security certification process (e.g. ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC1 & 2)
Assisting with other Information Security and Technology risk related activities as needs arise
