What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the team’s services in a hands-on engineering lead role.
• Mentoring and supporting a small team of engineers in their growth and development.
• Supporting the team in technical decisions to build high-quality, reliable, and scalable products.
• Collaborating closely with a Product Manager to own and drive the team’s direction and product plans.
• Working with teams across the company to deliver significant impact and expand platform functionality.
• Owning the team’s services and products while promoting best practices and delivering high-quality results.
