Requirements

4+ years of experience with any programming language and asynchronous message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience architecting and building highly scalable microservices.
Strong product mindset with passion for customer experience and regulatory compliance.
Ability to prioritize work considering customer and business impact with data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical and architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
Commitment to writing clean, testable, maintainable, and high-performance code; advocate for best coding practices and rigorous code reviews.
Proven ability to lead technical delivery of large-scale, complex projects and manage organizational blockers.
Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases, including advanced query optimization, schema design, and sensitive data lifecycle management.
