Help take Wise to the next level as the company scales to impact hundreds of millions more customers
Work directly on projects impacting customers, prioritizing significant improvements focused on convenience and trust
Participate in building machine learning based solutions and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms
Choose your own path to impact with autonomy while collaborating with teams across Wise
Be flexible in how and where you work to suit your needs
Inspire teams with your ideas, knowledge, and self-starting attitude
Onboard remotely and understand your team and tribe’s vision during the first 6 months
Learn the Wise domain, problems your team solves, and how data science operates across different teams like Marketing, Treasury, and Fraud
Get familiar with the tech culture, tech stack, and autonomous team working style
Participate in quarterly planning cycles and propose ideas to advance your product

Requirements

Graduating in 2027 or graduated in 2026 with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another STEM subject
Available to start a full-time graduate job on 6 September 2027
Knowledge of computer science and machine learning fundamentals, Python, and SQL
Have a self-started side project(s) you are proud to discuss
Curious, eager to learn, and proactive by nature
Open to and value feedback for self-improvement
Eligible to work in London

Experience applying machine learning methods to real-world problems
Familiarity with supervised machine learning
Knowledge of time series forecasting
Understanding of supervised large language model (LLM) chat and workflow automation
Familiarity with computer vision techniques
Experience with Bayesian learning methodologies
Understanding of causal inference
Experience with recommender systems
Knowledge of graphs and graph neural networks (GNNs)
Familiarity with reinforcement learning
Experience with Apache Spark or other distributed processing frameworks
Software development experience
