Engineering Manager, Computing Platform

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of solid experience as an engineering manager, leading and growing a team in a fast-paced environment
• At least 5+ years of background in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Ability to turn platform vision into clear priorities and execution plans
• Comfortable working across team boundaries and driving alignment
• Strong focus on people leadership, team culture, and engineering quality
