Requirements

• Strong software-engineering fundamentals and production experience owning services end-to-end.
• Comfortable on Linux, with an understanding of the OS your software runs on.
• Solid grasp of build systems, CI/CD, and release pipelines.
• A track record of delivering.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Nice to Haves

• Interest or hands-on experience in developer experience and AI/coding-assistant tooling.
• Experience with infrastructure/platform software.
• APIs, data pipelines, and schema management experience.
• Infrastructure-as-code and cloud fluency.
• Collaboration experience with hardware, networks, or datacenters teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working primarily in Go, building and owning platform services and internal tooling end-to-end.
• Improving developer experience by reducing friction in the build/CI/CD path.
• Helping shape how the wider firm adopts AI/coding-assistant tooling.
• Collaborating with network and Linux engineers to scale infrastructure and software.
• Mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge.
