Software Dev Engineer (ED), Amazon Devices - Ring & Blink

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM fields
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
• Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Go
• Experience with data structures, algorithm development, and object-oriented design principles
• Experience in embedded development in C/C++, or hardware troubleshooting/debugging
• Expected graduation between August 2026 - November 2026, OR graduated within the last 24 months
• Experience with Linux, Embedded Development, Firmware, Shell Scripting

Nice to Haves

• Experience in embedded development in C/C++
• Experience with one or more software programming languages
• Previous technical internship(s) or project experience
• Experience with Unix and scripting in Perl, shell, C or C++
• Experience in computer architecture or low-level drivers
• Experience with RTOS or bare-metal programming
