Requirements

• Expertise in 4G/5G 3GPP physical layer and protocol stack procedures and configurations.
• Demonstrated experience in Modem system test plan and feature release planning for 4G/5G functional and performance scenarios
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G signaling and physical layer test equipment, including their automation interfaces
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and collaborate effectively with development/design teams for resolution
• Proficiency with source code control tools
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new architectures and frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and techniques for test optimization, data analysis, or complex system verification
• Fluent English language skills are required for this position

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, or higher degree in Electrical and/or Communication Engineering and/or Computer Science, or a related field, paired with several years of relevant industry work experience
• Experience with network emulators, silicon prototyping, emulation systems, and virtual platforms would be a plus
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java) is beneficial
