Requirements

• Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context
• Appreciation of tools and techniques used to secure SaaS applications
• First-class incident response skills
• "Talent magnet" with the ability to recruit and retain a high-quality Information Security team

• Experience of running an Application Security program in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context
• Experience of hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers
• Experience of security certification and re-certification programs
• Project or program management experience
• Background in software engineering or systems administration

What you'll be doing

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function
• Work with Engineering Leadership to ensure Attio is secure by design
• Understand and mitigate risks associated with AI-driven product features
• Lead production security incident response
• Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers
