What you'll be doing

• Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team responsible for the Server-Driven UI platform "Codeless" and foster an inclusive, high-ownership culture.
• Oversee design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Partner with product teams to drive adoption of the platform, ensuring excellent Developer Experience, tooling, design system integration, and debugging workflows.
• Set high technical standards for platform performance, optimization, caching, backward compatibility, and offline/fallback behavior.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align roadmap and company initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with proven coaching and technical strategy skills.
• Strong foundational knowledge in mobile (iOS/Android) or modern web architecture including React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or declarative UI paradigms.
• Ability to treat internal product engineering teams as customers, focusing on developer velocity, adoption metrics, and rendering performance.
