Requirements

Experience developing trading-related software or working in a complex technology-based organization preferred
1-4 years of professional development with excellent, detailed understanding of Python
Ability to analyze business requests and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
Ability to teach others
Experience optimizing distributed systems
Experience in data-intensive systems development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work from the London office five days per week

Working as part of a global team of Software Engineers embedded in the Global Delta One business on a multi-asset trading platform
Improving existing code and developing new tools
