Requirements

• Lead initiatives in Elasticsearch for industry-leading search engine offerings
• Contribute to building new search features and fixing bugs in Elasticsearch
• Work with a globally distributed team on vector search capabilities
• Be an expert on Elasticsearch search relevance
• Collaborate on community issues and pull requests
• Write idiomatic modern Java for Elasticsearch
