• Technical range to design systems and judgment for general or language-specific solutions

What you’ll be doing

• Own the technical thesis for validating software with AI agents
• Prototype feedback mechanisms and develop approaches for primary stacks
• Design mid-loop feedback systems for agents
• Collaborate with engineering teams to measure adoption and improve the platform
• Set technical direction, review designs, and help teammates grow

Nice to haves

• Experience across multiple languages with AI agents
• Ability to design systems rather than tune
