Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience with data analysis, business intelligence platform/SQL/database querying technologies.

Nice to Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Dive into new codebases to contribute across different parts of the Ads stack.
• Analyze data to understand feature usage and impact.
• Design, build, test, and launch features in collaboration with partner teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to define the right scope for features we build.
