Engineering Manager - Observability | Spain | Remote

Requirements:

• Experience in Observability (especially OpenTelemetry) or building central control planes
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures in a fully remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and elevate team performance
• Solid understanding of distributed systems principles

• Manage and develop a team of backend and frontend engineers
