Requirements

• Have led the technical delivery of safety-critical or mission-critical aircraft systems
• Have defined and governed complex system architectures
• Communicate with precision and confidence
• Have guided teams and provided technical mentorship
• Be able to work on-site in Tussenhausen, Germany

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Ground Control Station design or high-integrity systems
• Prior experience leading programmes under airworthiness standards

What you'll be doing

• Own the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle
• Lead system integration, validation, and verification activities
• Act as the primary technical authority with industry partners and suppliers
• Report on technical progress and key engineering milestones
