Requirements

• 4+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer
• Deep technical knowledge of Python and its libraries/frameworks
• Experience with DevOps, databases, big data, or frontend frameworks
• Critical mindset with the ability to challenge ideas and solutions
• Experience working with financial data in the financial services industry

What You'll Be Doing

• Adding new signals to the framework
• Supporting trading desk with data analytics tools
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis
• Teaching others to use tech in their scripts
• Building and distributing internal Python libraries
• Starting new full-stack projects from scratch

Nice to Haves

• Experience with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, React, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc.
