Senior Product Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript)
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers
• Experience with Distributed systems

What you'll be doing

• Develop technical plans and contribute to technical architecture
• Write Ruby code for Intercom's backend infrastructure
• Ship a change to production on the first day and a feature in the first week
• Build using the best tools in the industry
