Senior Software Engineer - GitHub Actions

Requirements

• Proven, substantial professional experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
• Working fluency in general-purpose programming languages like Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, etc.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field

Nice to Haves

• Significant experience in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts or hands-on experience with CI/CD systems

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, testing, and shipping high-quality technical solutions across GitHub Actions services
• Participating in code reviews, pairing sessions, technical discussions, and more to raise the quality bar
• Owning and advocating for system health and quality, participating in on-call duties
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leading technical discussions
• Championing operational excellence, improving reliability and reducing incident response times

• Base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 1,338,000.00 - Kč 2,448,000.00 per year
