Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
Technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check at hire and every two years

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Advanced understanding of access control management, identity systems, authentication, authorization, and related security aspects

Implement AI-native development practices, improving AI tools and integrating Responsible AI standards across the software development lifecycle
Lead coding efforts producing extensible, maintainable, secure, performant, and well-tested code, while mentoring other engineers
Review product and test code to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices including automated code analysis
Drive system design and architecture discussions, create design documents, evaluate new technologies, and lead design decision-making ensuring scalability, security, and performance requirements
Develop and mentor test strategies incorporating security testing and AI-assisted test automation
Coordinate dependencies and collaborate across teams to align on delivery schedules and system integration
Apply engineering excellence by adopting best practices, investing in continuous learning, and leading improvements of tools and processes
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility standards and incorporate security as code principles across products
Manage implementation through feature flagging, experimentation, release planning, safe deployment, and rollback planning
Lead reliability and supportability by integrating telemetry, monitoring live site services, leading incident management, and improving troubleshooting and documentation

Competitive base pay range from Kč 966,000.00 to Kč 1,727,000.00 per year within Czechia
