Requirements

• 2+ years of real people leadership.
• Deep Linux internals proficiency.
• Experience shipping production systems in Go.
• Understanding of network isolation at the packet level.
• Performance instincts and proven backend/infrastructure systems experience.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver software.
• Low-ego, team-first mindset.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build the isolation layer for AI agents.
• Own the security boundary for customer code.
• Scale to fleets for thousands of concurrent environments.
• Write Go code, lead architecture decisions, and grow engineers.
• Manage people and work closely with Product Managers.
