Requirements

Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
Hands-on production experience with containerized applications.
Proven track record of building and managing staging, UAT, or test environments used by QA teams.
Experience with both multi-tenant SaaS platforms and on-premises enterprise deployments.
Proficiency with CI/CD and IaC tooling such as Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.

Nice to Have

Design, launch, and manage a dedicated pre-production (UAT) environment for QA and Product validation that reliably mirrors production.
Automate environment provisioning and promotion from dev to UAT to release, including SaaS and on-premise packaging.
Integrate automated testing, security checks, and robust secrets and per-environment configuration management into CI/CD pipelines.
Continuously improve build and deployment reliability, reduce release cycle time, and serve as the subject matter expert for delivery and infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Product Owners to align release readiness and acceptance processes.
Work primarily from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, except during approved leave or travel.
