What you'll be doing

Build end-to-end experiences for Connect to facilitate participation in the Internet economy and receiving money online.
Enable Connect platforms to scale their business by leveraging Stripe’s products via the dashboard, enhancing business models and reducing integration complexity.
Create great product experiences by integrating features like Instant Payouts, Issuing, Capital, Terminal into Connect’s dashboard surfaces.

Requirements

2-12+ years of industry software engineering experience (excluding internships or co-ops).
Strong data modeling skills with a focus on expressive and simple solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy working as a generalist on frontend, backend, and problem-solving for internal and external users.
Thrives in collaborative environments involving multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Take pride in successfully completing projects using diverse technologies and systems.
Able to connect different services and processes, even when unfamiliar with them.
Empathetic towards users and dedicated to crafting great experiences.
