Requirements

Strong coding skills in any programming language (language agnostic interview process)
Experience developing reliable infrastructure, platform, or backend-service solutions
Strong product judgment and commitment to building high-quality user and developer experiences

Experience building or operating production LLM or machine-learning systems
Experience evaluating LLM output or combining automated systems with expert human review
Familiarity with internationalisation, localization, translation, or content-management workflows
Experience with CI/CD systems, developer platforms, or workflow infrastructure
Backend engineering experience with languages such as Java, Ruby, or Go
Experience building internal platforms supporting customer-facing products

Design and build internationalisation infrastructure supporting backend services, product interfaces, and written communications
Integrate localization into software-development and content-production workflows for continuous and safe shipping of translated experiences
Build and maintain integrations with translation-management systems, LLM services, and external localization providers
Evolve production LLM capabilities to enhance translation quality, market relevance, turnaround time, and operational efficiency
Develop automated quality checks and human-evaluation workflows combining LLM automation with expert linguistic judgement
Maintain reliability with effective testing, monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
