• Work across the entire codebase as needed without handing tasks off to other teams.
• Use AI coding agents in the development workflow to move from idea to production quickly.
• Communicate experiment rationale, success criteria, and learnings clearly to engineering, product, design, and leadership teams.

• Daily use of AI coding agents with the ability to describe the workflow in detail.
• Proven track record in growth, activation, or funnel optimization at product-led companies with measurable impact.
• Strong product sense to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and define success metrics without detailed specifications.
• Ability to move fast and deliver impactful results with minimal team support.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting cases to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Growth experience at enterprise product-led companies converting self-serve users into business customers.
• Experience optimizing products for AI agents as users, including agent-friendly documentation, APIs, and discovery.
• A public presence via talks, posts, open source contributions, or widely read developer content.
• Familiarity with automation, workflow, or developer platform products.
