• Experience working with large scale distributed systems.
• Years of Java 8+ knowledge.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, query optimisation, and designing schemas.
• Strong product mindset and passion for customer experience; prioritize work with customers in mind and make data-driven decisions.
• Enjoy collaborating with others and bringing people together to solve problems.
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs.
• Believe in and follow best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback.
• Enjoy writing testable code and believe in Test Driven Development.

Nice to haves

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs).
