• Experience working with large scale distributed systems
• Years of Java 5+ knowledge
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, query optimisation, and designing schemas
• Strong product mindset and passion for customer experience, prioritising customer-focused and data-driven decisions
• Enjoy collaborating with others and solving problems together
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs
• Believe in and follow best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback
• Enjoy writing testable code and believe in Test Driven Development

Nice to haves

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience working with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs)
