Requirements

• Strong engineering background in Java with familiarity in Spring Boot, including experience deploying and maintaining scalable microservices in cloud environments.
• Experience building performant, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices in test coverage and code review.
• Knowledge of designing and implementing distributed, concurrent systems and understanding architecture tradeoffs.
• Product mindset with the skill to break down complex projects into incremental milestones focused on customer value.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and deploy resilient backend microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and build intuitive frontends using React and TypeScript.
• Build centralized tools that aggregate data across fincrime topologies for a comprehensive customer risk view.
• Own and develop common components for risk mitigation workflows to support scalable, standardized servicing operations.
• Address bottlenecks in servicing and compliance by delivering adaptable platform solutions for various product teams.
• Take full ownership of the product journey from problem identification, stakeholder empathy, planning, to production deployment.
