Requirements

3+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages, and hands-on experience with the Spring framework
3+ years of experience with React
Track record of writing clean, maintainable code and belief in best practices like code reviews, open feedback, and continuous improvement
Familiarity with backend development including databases (SQL/NoSQL), synchronous/asynchronous communication, and distributed systems
Experience with web development technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to design technical solutions that balance latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability
Passion for learning new technologies, tools, and patterns to solve problems effectively
