What you'll be doing

Design and build features end-to-end across pricing services.

Requirements

Strong software engineering background with significant contributions to large, complex projects.
Experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
Expertise in designing for long-term iteration and scalability.
Ownership of system availability, reliability, and security following engineering best practices.
Ability to balance speed, scalability, and risk while optimizing for predictable delivery cadence.
End-to-end ownership of technical roadmap and deliverables, embracing long-term ownership.
Clear understanding and communication of the purpose, customer problems, and impact of projects.
Leading incident resolution and post-incident reviews for minor and major incidents.
Experience collaborating with product, compliance, and stakeholder teams to shape requirements and priorities.
Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to give and receive feedback constructively and foster a supportive team environment.
Mentoring and coaching engineers and managing onboarding for new team members.
Promoting collaboration to minimize duplicated or wasted work and guiding other teams.

Experience in payments, fintech, or related domains.
Prior work experience in global, distributed teams.
Familiarity with compliance, audit, or regulatory systems such as SOX, fee disclosure, or tax.
Experience with configuration-heavy domains where business logic is embedded in data as well as code.
